How do I join a match?
Open Play, pick a match and tap Join. If the organizer approves players, you get a notification when they answer.
How do I pay for a booking?
Choose a free slot on the venue page and pay by card on the bank's page. Your booking is confirmed when the bank confirms the payment.
Can I cancel?
Yes, within the venue's cancellation policy. The booking page shows what is refunded before you confirm.
How is my rating calculated?
From your statistics, reviews from other players, attendance and fair play. Everyone starts at 50.
Who sees my profile?
You choose in Settings → Privacy: everyone, your teams or only you.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account. Deletion takes effect after 30 days; until then you can cancel by signing in.
